Te Puka-Hereka - Coal Island is a sanctuary for rare and endangered native species of flora and fauna. Their web presence was outdated and difficult to update. International media coverage meant the Coal Island Trust needed to move fast and maximise their exposure.

We partnered with the Trust to develop their brand voice and design, a new website, and enable online donations. An important step was to increase the significance of the Māori name for the island, as it protects the native taoka in this Southern hideaway. Configuration of a Content Management System means the Trust can now update stories and images on their website quickly and with with ease.
