Managing contracts at scale can be complex, with risks of missed deadlines, budget overruns, and compliance issues. OCULAR partnered with Dharta to design and develop an AI-powered contract management tool that simplifies tracking, enhances compliance, and provides real-time insights.
To create a tool that truly meets user needs, we took an iterative approach—conducting in-depth UX research, deep-dive testing, and three rounds of design and development. This process allowed us to refine Dharta’s functionality, ensuring it could adapt to emerging technologies and evolving user requirements.
The result is a platform that replaces manual contract management with AI-driven automation, reducing risks and improving efficiency.
