Redefining a brand
The Police and Families Credit Union has a long history of serving their community, but the brand was tired and needed revitalisation.
Working with the Executive Team we helped define the organisation's DNA, and created a refreshed brand proposition. We designed the website's new look and feel, showcasing the brand’s personality and vision, while acknowledging the sense of belonging that families of Police employees feel. By removing the ‘and families’ from the brand mark the design aesthetic was simplified. Adding te reo translation reinforced the diversity of the Credit Union’s members.
The robust brand guidelines we created included a redefined tone of voice with a communication style and messaging hierarchy to ensure brand consistency, and to project the friendly, personalised service that Police Credit Union stakeholders expected. To top it all off we conceptualised and produced a brand video which spoke to the aspirations of its members.
