Since 2022, OCULAR has partnered with Living Wage Movement Aotearoa to design the annual Living Wage Christmas Magazine, a digital publication celebrating Living Wage Employers across Aotearoa.
Across the 2022, 2024, and 2025 editions, we delivered editorial design, layout, and art direction, creating a warm, human magazine that combines gift inspiration with real stories of fair pay in action.
As a Living Wage Employer ourselves, this was a values-led collaboration,using design to help make fair pay visible, relatable, and part of everyday decision-making.
