Brand Strategy, UX, and Product Design
To support Spotyaa’s next phase of growth, we worked closely with their team across brand, UX, and product design. Our approach was collaborative and practical, aligning strategy with the realities of ongoing development.
We helped expand the Spotyaa brand architecture and define Happsmap as a clear, user-facing sub brand. Happsmap was positioned around discovery, community, and simplicity, giving the core map experience its own identity while remaining connected to the wider Spotyaa ecosystem.
Alongside this, we conducted a UX review of the existing app to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement. This included reviewing navigation, onboarding, spot discovery, and interaction flows, providing clear recommendations that could be implemented efficiently by the development team.
